धारा 2 · Amendment of Section 7 of the Bengal Excise Act, 1909

- In Section 7, sub-section (2), Clause (e) of the Bengal Excise Act, 1909 as extended to Tripura after the words "delegate to the Excise Commissioner", the words "or the Collector", shall be substituted in place of the words "all or".
