धारा 8 · Additional land revenue assessment payable under this Act to be treated as public revenue due upon the land

- The additional land revenue assessment payable under this Act, by a pattadar in respect of any wet land shall be deemed to be public revenue due upon the said land and provisions of the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, Dated 01.06.2016.] Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Act II of 1864). shall apply.
