धारा 17 · Appeal against order of Officer-in-charge

(1)

Order issued by the officer-in-charge under section 16, shall be subject to appeal in writing made within fifteen days to such officer or officers, as the State Government directs by rule, but unless appealed against in the prescribed manner, shall be final.

(2)

The order of the appellate authority shall be final.
