धारा 37 · Finance Committee

(1)
The Board shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of,-| (i) | The Vice-Chancellor | Ex-officio Chairman |
| (ii) | Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, or hisnominee | Member |
| (iii) | Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Department | Member |
| (iv) | Director Research/Director Extension Education/DirectorResident Instruction (one Director by rotation every year to benominated by the Vice-Chancellor) | Member |
| (v) | one nominee of the Board who should be the non-official memberof the Board | Member |
| (vi) | Comptroller | Ex-officio Secretary. |
(2)
Finance Committee shall have the following functions, namely:-(i)
to examine the annual accounts and budget estimates of the University and to advise the Board thereon;(ii)
to review the financial position of the University from time to time; and(iii)
