धारा 128 · Effect of disqualification

- If any person having been elected or nominated, is found to have been subject at the time of his election or nomination to any of the disqualifications described in Rule 9 or 13 the Administrator may, of the disqualification has not been removed, declare, by notification in the Gazette, his seat to be vacant.
