धारा 19 · Mandatory reporting of all the duty bearers/stake holders

(1) The Protection Officer, service provider and officer in-charge of the Police Station, shelter homes and medical facilities shall report to the nodal agency quarterly about their functions under the Act including but not limited to number of domestic incident reports recorded, applications filed and orders passed under the Act.
(2)
