धारा 5 · Section 5

[(i) All moneys received by or deposited with any officer employed in connection with the affairs of the State in his capacity as such other than Revenue of public money raised or received by Government shall be paid into the public account;
(ii)
All moneys received by or deposited with any court to the credit of any cause (matter account or persons), shall also be paid into the public account;(iii)
The head of account to which such moneys shall be credited and the withdrawal of moneys therefrom shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Accounts Code, Volumes I and II and the Bihar Treasury Code or such other general, or special order as may be issued in this behalf.]इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
