धारा 8 · Section 8

(a)

A candidate must be of sound health, good physique and active habits and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties of a Sub-Registrar. A candidate who is found after examination by a Medical Board not to satisfy these requirements will not be selected for appointment.

(b)

A candidate must satisfy the Public Service Commission that his character is such as to qualify him for employment as Sub-Registrar.
