धारा 32 · Reserved trees in unsettled tracts

- The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette-

(a)

declare that any trees or any specified class of tress standing on any land at the disposal of the Government shall, from a date to be fixed by such notification, be reserved trees ;

(b)

vary or cancel any such notification.
