धारा 61 · Consideration of draft scheme by the Collector:

(1)
The draft scheme submitted by the Consolidation Officer to the Collector shall be published in the prescribed manner in the village or villages concerned.(2)
Within thirty days of such publication, any person likely to be affected by such scheme may present to the Collector, his objections, if any, to the scheme.(3)
The Collector shall consider all the objections received by him and shall after such further enquiry, if any, as he may think fit, either confirm it with or without modifications or refuse to confirm it.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
