धारा 110 ·

Prohibition of sale in unlicensed private market etc., - No person shall sell or expose for sale any animal or article,- (a) in any unlicensed private market; or (b) in any public or licensed private market without the permission of the executive authority or licensee, as the case may be, or of any person authorised by him.
