धारा 21 · Storage of Raw Materials

(1)

The licensee shall on the 1st and 15th day of every month report to the distillery Officer on the stock of raw material and shall assist the distillery Officer in verification of the stock if he so desires.

(2)

The procurement of the raw material shall be in accordance with the instructions of the Commissioner.

(3)

Raw Materials shall be stored in secure tanks.
