धारा 91 · Other guarantee by Government

- Where a [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994.] or [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 of 1987.] has given a loan to a member for the development of any land in excess of the amount of the loan to which such member would be entitled on the basis of the value of the land as determined in accordance with the principles of valuation approved by the Government, the Government may guarantee for a specified amount the repayment of the loan to the extent of the excess.
