- 1In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000
- 2The amendments hereby made shall come into force on the 20th day of January 2023
- 3in rule 16, in sub-rule (3), for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :
