licensing authority

यह परिभाषा अधिनियम की परिभाषा-धारा से ली गई है।

the officer or authority empowered to grant or renew licences under the rules made under this Act, and includes the Government; (ff) “Magistrate” means an Executive Magistrate under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)

prohibited ammunitionany ammunition containing, or designed or adapted to contain, any noxious liquid, gas or other such matter and includes rockets, bombs, grenades, projectiles, [fire arms], articles designed for using torpedoes and laying under-sea mines and such other art
